She was a long-time parishioner of St. Vincent Ferrer Church, where she contributed to the parish community and functions as both a member of various church organizations and a regular parishioner. In her later years, she found peace and joy listening to music in her Brooklyn backyard, surrounded by the garden she lovingly cultivated with her granddaughter Ariana. Dancing brought her happiness, and the cherished memory of her dancing at this year’s Christmas celebration will remain in the hearts of her loved ones. She also enjoyed connecting with her family and friends and watching her favorite program, Manman Mari which helped her remain grounded in her faith.
