Mark Anthony Keppel

Mark Anthony Keppel was born on November 13, 1962 to Anthony and Berlena Keppel. He was blessed to be born into a family with many siblings, he was born 7th out of 10 children .
Mark was always know has a happy baby with big smile that would melt your heart, and he kept that smile throughout his adulthood. He attended St.John Cantius Roman Catholic School for his elementary years.
After graduating valedictorian of his class he was the only student in his school accepted into Brooklyn Technical High School. Mark always had a high aptitude for learning, especially math. After he graduated he attended City College in Manhattan and majored in engineering.
He held various jobs throughout his adult life before finally finding his professional home at C.A.M.B.A in 2014. He worked as a case manager connecting people with opportunities and resources to enhance their lives. Mark was know for his whit and charm. He could laugh his way out of any situation.
He loved music; oldies from the 60’s and 70’s but especially calypso because he said he could let his “Trini Side” loose. He took great pride in the Trinidadian side of family, because he used to love to “Jump Up On The Parkway” at every Labor Day Parade.
Mark was a lover of all food, he was especially fond of his mother’s and sister’s Cherie cooking since they cooked similarly. He was friendly and easy going, not to many things bothered Mark. He was a kind and loyal friend to many and maintained lifelong friendships with classmates from high school.
His sudden death on April 1,2021 was an incredible shock to us all. Mark will be extremely missed by all of his family, friends, and coworkers. We loved him,Yes, but God saw that he was tired and brought him home to rest.
