Etienne Victorin

Mr. Etienne Saintulus Victorin AKA Jacquelin was born on December 31, 1950 in Port Margot, Haiti to Cleophat Victorin, a Farmer and Belle Bonne St Preux, an Entrepreneur/Seamstress. Victor had a memorable journey and fulfilled life. He followed the footsteps of his mother and became an entrepreneur. Victor attended Ecole Nationale de Bayeux for primary school and secondary school he attended Ecole Professionnel de Cité Lescot.

In pursuit of the American dream. Victor migrated to the United States in 1979. Upon his arrival in the States, he wasted no time and went straight to work. Victor was a selfless, hardworking man and more importantly very ambitious. Victor brought into this world eight children: Jeannis-Etienne, Wade, Jacqueline, Paul, Tiffany, Josue, Zachouard, and Zacharry.

As an entrepreneur and Real Estate Broker, Victor managed a big Brokerage firm in Brooklyn, called General Development. While managing the business, he used the skills acquired to purchase the company and renamed it Excelsior Properties. He expanded the business and offered additional services such as cargo and money transfer services. Victor believed that education was the cornerstone to achieving success in life.

On January 1, 2022 at 9:18 pm, Etienne Saintilus Victorin expired at SUNY Downstate Hospital, at the age of 71. Victor is survived by his eight children and sixteen grandchildren and countless nieces and nephews. Victor has left us, but he will forever be cherished.
