Lelio “Herman” Destin, age 75, took his last breath on August 4, 2026, at Downstate Hospital. Lelio “Herman” Destin was born on July 18, 1951, in Au Cap, Haiti to Elince Jacques and Delima Destin. He had one brother, Jean-Robert Jacques, and three sisters, Adrienne Destin, Denise Destin, and Mercilie Destin.
