Marie Carole Joseph was born to Joseph Augustin Auguste and Denise Joseph in Port-au-Prince, Haiti on May 18, 1955. After completing High School, she worked as a nurse’s aide in multiple hospitals in Haiti. In addition to caring for others she was exceptionally talented in many areas as she excelled in Culinary School and Sewing and Dressmaking School. In April of 2009 she moved to Brooklyn, New York.
